The oldest of the Michiyo, Avril is definitely not the
most mature. She is, though, the most protective out of all of them. She loves to party it up but is often around the quiet
Meek. Avril, having half foreign blood as her non-Japanese name suggests, sees most everything differently from the other
girls. She really doesn’t like all of the Japanese customs and is often found griping about something.
The straight up punk, Avril is careless and daring. Where
she may favor Meek, she goes and does most things with India. Avril takes great pride in her small accent and loves to see
expressions on people’s faces when she says something they don’t understand.
Unlike four of the other Michiyo girls and much like
Meek, Avril’s demon is not inside of her. Her giant white wolf demon follows her around as her guardian. Along with
the wolf mother are her two wolf cubs who are about one third larger than a full grown wolf, quite a bit smaller than their
mother.
A trait that is 100% unique to Avril as compared to the
other girls is the fact that her demon doesn’t lend her its power.
Battle Summary
The giant white wolf demon is not the source of her icy
powers. Very much like her comrades, however, Avril cannot use jutsu, taijutsu, or ginjutsu. She relies on her buster sword, which has chakra of its own. This unusually tipped sword allows her to freeze the water
in the air and ground giving her an advantage at far range along with close range.
Avril commands her Ryou buster sword with ease, despite
its size. Her unique buster not only allows her to freeze water and command ice, but it is also a powerful weapon. Avril has
also grown quite strong from carrying it around and swinging it in battle.
The three wolfs that follow her are an important asset
in battle, as well. They are fierce demons of ice and 100% under Avril’s control.
Demon
Ping the white ice wolf demon is Avril’s motherly
guardian. Ping sees Avril as one of her own pups and would never let anything bad happen to her. Ping usually follows the
Michiyo around unseen in the shadows.
Chu and Dax are the two demon wolf cubs who follow around
their mother, Ping. They treat Avril and the girls as sisters and travel around with them in the open being as they aren’t
nearly as big as their mother. Hardly larger than a fully grown wolf, people just dismiss them as healthy mutts mixed with
some sort of large dog.
